The last time I posted something I was leaving Europe, the end of an ERA. It was sad but with all good things, they must come to an end. 3 plane flights and a short drive later I was in Boulder, Colorado.
I've spent the past few weeks climbing at Rumney--it's been really hot and humid (90's and 80 percent humidity), but I've managed to tick off a few routes, Tabido (13c), Cote De Azure (13d), They Died Surfing (13d), Sinister 6000 (13d), and Parallel Universe (5.14a). I just posted this video of Parallel--one of the most classic 14's on the East Coast--on my new website, Jon Glassberg recently signed me on to LouderThan11--a booming climbing media network.
Two weeks ago was the Canadian National in Toronto! It was such a great event and it goes pretty good for me. I was ready for it and not so much nervous. Did a fifth place finish in qualification and a fourth in final being really close to a first place! Unfortunatly very close because I just didn’t stick the finishing jug and was the closest after Sean to do it! If so, I would had 3 tops against 2 for the actual first place… but it didn’t turn out that way and I finish fourth because of one...
