The second half of August, I had to fight some toothache, a nasty sickness and quite a bit of pressure from university, all limiting my focus on hard climbing for a while.
August at Kochel - Muench
Nevertheless, we spend some days at Afrikawand in Kochel and I could climb some short routes there, including “Shaka Zulu” (8b) third go and the first ascent of a new combination which I called “Schiefe Bahn” (8b+) and which is a really nice climb.
Then I tried on another 8b+ for two days, but couldn’t climb it yet, especially because of the second hold being wet…But I’m keen to try the route again with better conditions.
The good thing is that my tooth can’t hurt anymore because it got extracted and I also hope that the sickness is gone for some time now.
For the weather got a bit colder as well, I am really psyched to have a lot of nice sessions outdoors soon!!!
