I was born and raised in good old Boulder, Colorado. Growing up, the outdoors were always a huge part of my life. Every weekend my parents would take me and my sister camping, skiing or mountain biking. I eventually discovered climbing at age ten during a friend's birthday party at The Spot, and ever since I've been hooked. Struggling up that pink V0 at the gym gave me a sensation like nothing I had ever felt before. I've been pursuing that same feeling ever since.
Living in Boulder has provided me with amazing climbing in all directions to test my limits on. It has also allowed me to surround myself with extremely strong and motivated people, which is one of the things I love best about Boulder. Here, I competed in my first competition, climbed my first V10, and qualified for my first Youth Nationals. Apart from climbing, most of my time is taken up by school. I also love to ski and play the guitar, as well as hop on a mountain bike every once in a while. Climbing has given me so much in the short time I've been involved in it, and I look forward to all the amazing experiences it will continue to provide me throughout my life.
