I was recently curious about the caloric burn rate of bouldering vs what the accepted norms are and found these numbers to be way above average for a gym session. I was finding the burn rate to be around 350 calories for a 170 lb male bouldering recreationally at about a v7-8 level. I'm curious what other people have found in their training.]]></description>
