			<description><![CDATA[@Craig--thanks! glad you enjoyed it! @Jgoin--i am definitely the type of person who hammers away at the same boulder (to the point of obsession sometimes) until i do it. if i feel like i don't have the strength for a particular move, i try my best to get very creative and try other options for the move. then, if i really think it comes down to strength, i would try to train in the gym to improve on that weakness. i do find, however, that walking away for a bit and coming back to a challenging boulder can be helpful and can bring a fresh perspective to moves you thought you couldn't do before. hope that helps!!!]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[The mental game can make up so much of a climbing experience, it's not even funny. I've only been climbing for a little over a year now, and breaking into V3-V4 range and getting past those mental hurdles and the "injury fears" is proving to be just as challenging, if not more-so than the actual problems. What are your strategies for getting out and around your own mental hurdles when you're trying a new route or when you know you don't have the strength in specific muscles for a particular set of moves? Do you just hammer-away at that one particular problem until you nail it? Do you get really analytic about it? Start tearing-apart your movements and grips? Good luck at the comp!]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Good blog Angela! I've just started providing 'mind' coaching for climbers and do regular fear sessions. It is surprising how often the mental aspects of climbing are forgotten when its such an important aspect.
