grades are a practical way to characterise the difficulty of of line with only one advantage: to help those who climb not for the love of climbing, or the beauty of the line but those who climb to achive the goal of their personal ego (being better than someone or to become a better climber, or set a grade as a personal limit in order to train for it)! according to some people everything in nature can be represented with numbers but in this case i consider myself not so wise or stupid to grade something that just makes you feel good! its like asking a mother which kid she loves more! weird isnt it?! love, peace n respect
