			<description><![CDATA[Warm up, stay warm. Tape up and go climbing. Train on any route, but avoid holdsof the samr type that gave you the injury in the first place, but remember training and no compeeting. Pain is good, lets your mind remember, but pain (real pain) from training the day before is not and should be avoided. Pain is just a mental condition. I am no doctor, but I climb with 4 doctors and 3 physiotherapist s who I trust my body to. The statment above is their advise. See you next summer and remember the plan for WC2012. :) bo]]></description>
