About me
Hi my name is Peyton McCallister. I love rock climbing; in fact, I first started competitive rock climbing when I was 6 years old. I am 12 now and in my first year of the Youth C Division. Starting so young left me with a lot of bumps and bruises but I learned a lot of great lessons along the way and I appreciate every opportunity I get to share my knowledge with the younger climbers. My home gym is Exposures in Dallas, Texas and my team, Team Texas.
I battled my first nationals of the year in a new division, male youth C. I ended up in 17 but learned a lot about resting between climbs and knowing when to stop to prepare for the next route....
