The competition was the Québec championship bouldering. This competition was not too good for me. I got good things and bad things from it. The bad thing was that I did not do finals. The good thing was that I tested a new competitive strategy and it did not work.
A few new bike shoes have been added to the line up for five ten: Impact VXi Clipless, Impact VXi, the Hellcat had some minor changes, and the Maltese clip shoe had a makeover as well. Material changes have combated some weight and weather issues.
Pietermaritzburg, RSA - April 12, 2014 - After much anticipation, the 2014 season got underway last week under sunny skies and blazing heat for an exciting race in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. Most of my trip to Mexico has been spent climbing in Guadalcazar, Mexico. This place has captured my heart and has been an area where I pushed myself the hardest. I have learned so much about myself through this part of my trip and several projects have forced me to really evaluate myself as a person and push myself to success.
