Delaney Miller - Growing Up A Climber In The Heart Of Texas Hometown Crusher, Ep. 1

Delaney Miller - Growing Up A Climber In The Heart Of Texas Hometown Crusher, Ep. 1
August 14, 2015 -

Great climbers aren't born, they're made and the place that they learn their craft is what makes them who they are. From the people around them to their local climbing spots, it all feeds into the type of athlete they become just as our earliest climbing experiences shape our climbing style and future expectations. What type of climber then comes out of the flat heartland of Texas, USA? Well, in the case of 20-year-old Delaney Miller, three time US national champion, a pretty damn good one. We caught up with Delaney in her home town of Frisco to find...

Toronto Bouldering WC | Stop 1 of 5

Toronto Bouldering WC | Stop 1 of 5
June 03, 2015 -  Joah Larson

The first stop of the 2015 Bouldering World Cup was in Toronto Canada during May 30/31. It was a different venue than last year, this time it was in a hockey arena.... The walls were much like our ABS National walls, the setting covered all styles of climbing and the crowd supported climbers from all across the globe. Check out some photos and my point of view from warm up, to boulders from qualifiers and my thoughts and feelings after.

2015 World Cup Training

2015 World Cup Training
May 19, 2015 -  Joah Larson

Overview Training for the upcoming Bouldering World Cup season has pretty much consumed my current climbing schedule. I know what you're thinking “he’s such a gym rat! He's training for comps during great temps, spending money and time on comps and training instead of getting out! Well, if I were to do this all year, yea, call me a fully addicted, crazy ass, gym rat, but I do this type of intensity training and comp prep 2 parts of the year; and the second one doesn't even happen if the first one wasn't enough… ...

Wild Bunch Dodo’s Delight (w/ Nico Favresse)

Wild Bunch Dodo’s Delight (w/ Nico Favresse)
April 22, 2015 -  Nicolas Favresse

Four years after Vertical Sailing Greenland, Captain Reverend Bob Shepton (79) calls the Wild Bunch (Sean Villanueva O’Driscoll, Benjamin Ditto, Olivier and Nicolas Favresse) back onto his boat for a major mission! On board of the Dodo’s Delight (a 10m sailboat) the team measures up with arctic ice, polar bears and ferocious storms, in search of the holy grail: to find unclimbed big walls and musical enlightenment. After some mouthwatering walls and tunes in Greenland, it's in Baffin Island they find big virgin walls to feed their musical inspirations propelling the group to ultimate all-new heights!" Entirely shot and...

La forêt magique de Fontainebleau.

La forêt magique de Fontainebleau.
April 20, 2015 -  Urs Moosmuller

There aren’t words to describe how beautiful Fontainebleau is. All the hype about the bouldering area being the best in the world is completely true. The climbing is very technical, physical, and mentally demanding with many different kinds of movements and styles.

How to Endur-o

How to Endur-o
March 23, 2015 -  Jill kintner

The sport of mountain biking has many diciplines, but most recently, trail bike racing, aka Enduro, has become all the craze. I am in New Zealand at the moment for Crankworx racing several events, and while out training I have also been learning all about race tactics and set up tips from the world's best Enduro racers here at round 1 of the Enduro World Series.
