The trip started weeks before our actual put-in date of January 8th, because this was a kayak supported trip we had to carry all of our personal gear in our kayaks for the entire fourteen days. This was my first kayak supported trip of this sort of length, so I ran into a whole new set of hurdles like how much food, beer, clothes, and even...

If you don't know of the Toxaway it consists mainly of slides. Some of which are pretty damn long and steep with some rather scary seal launches. This was my first full year representing and paddling for Five Ten and it could not have been a better year to have their support along with the rest of my sponsors. The year of kayaking is soon going to start to come to a close for the Northeast of North America and I had a bunch of good footage piling up so I decided to make a short video highlighting all of the great waterfalls, waves, and creeks I was fortunate enough to have paddled this year.

The best weekend ever usually consists of a long day on my bike, a solid day on the river in my kayak, and a big ol' BBQ with some friends. This last weekend was exactly that... the best weekend ever.
