                <title><![CDATA[Route Setting at Climb Soill - Jon Cardwell]]></title>

David Chancellor and crew invited me over, with Jamie Emerson to begin the initial setting for the grand opening of this awesome gym back in March.  We learned a lot as a team, and helped spread our knowledge to the eager setters in St. Louis.  Awesome and motivated crew, by the way! David Chancellor, along with a group of talented partners teamed up to create what I like to call an interactive art project.  Climb Soill is, in my opinion in a league of its own when it comes to climbing facilities. Hello! So, the SCS regionals at Triangle Rock Club in North Carolina was an amazing competition with some great routes, but the really impressive thing was the setting behind the scenes. Me and a few others fore ran routes ranging from 5.10 to 5.12 to give the setters feedback and see if the routes need tweaking.
