Professional Climbers International (PCI) is an organization that I work with that organizes and markets clinics nationwide, providing climbers of any level the opportunity to worth together with and to learn from professional climbers towards bettering their technique, strength, approach, and overall mentality in climbing. Totaling an estimated 75,000 people at the event over the course of three days, The Dominion Riverrock Festival was without a doubt a huge success. Joyfully, for me, too! For the second year in a row, the Dominion Boulder Bash took form with unique “cage-like” volumes composing two steep, impressive structures. This was my first time being involved in one of these events, so I was excited to see what they are all about.
