This weekend I went up to NYC to coach a PCI Clinic at Brooklyn Boulders with pro-climbers Paul Robinson and Daniel Woods. Professional Climbers International (PCI) is an organization that I work with that organizes and markets clinics nationwide, providing climbers of any level the opportunity to worth together with and to learn from professional climbers towards bettering their technique, strength, approach, and overall mentality in climbing. This past weekend the largest outdoor sports and music festival took place in Richmond, VA. Totaling an estimated 75,000 people at the event over the course of three days, The Dominion Riverrock Festival was without a doubt a huge success. Joyfully, for me, too! For the second year in a row, the Dominion Boulder Bash took form with unique “cage-like” volumes composing two steep, impressive structures.
