After finishing my general training, I took two weeks off and spent some vacation time in Colombia. Now, I am starting my specific training where I do one-arm pull-ups, blocking, and finger board. In general, I will train 3 days and I will climb 3 days in a month. I hope not to lose what I gained in physical training. After specific training, I will start some outdoor projects….

I was so happy to receive my Five Ten gear today!  I can't wait to wear the BoxLogo™ Tank for jogging in the park. Also, I look forward to wearing the new Team 5.10® Black shoes when I go climbing. They look so cool, sharp and perfect for hard moves. I'm going to start wearing them right away!
