The days are short and the darkness and cold drive us inside to the climbing gym.  This time of year can be depressing, with school and work forcing us to spend the bulk of daylight hours inside.  Lucky for us it makes it easier to head into the gym and fine tune things as we quickly approach our Regional Championships.

Wow, so the past few months have been all over the place! I went through a stretch where I wasn’t in town for 5 weekends in a row. I competed in adult and youth ABS, went to Hueco for a week, and started training for rope.
