Last weekend I competed at scs regionals at climb Iowa in grimes Iowa, it was an awesome scs regionals with a one round, onsight style competition, Along with a speed round after. I went down the night before with team VE, and then next morning we had to get up super early, because iso closed at 7:30am, i went out, the first to climb. I flashed all three routes.
I was happy to receive an invite to compete in this weekends “Battle in the Bubble” comp. I’ve never had much success at comps but since the weather has been so wet I’ve been climbing on plastic more than usual. I hope this help’s me for Saturdays comp. Either way I am sure that the comp will be a great time.
This May marks my last month in Colorado before departing on my grand world trip. I finished my final final exam of college, which has been quite an accomplishment for me! It has been difficult to juggle a full time schedule in school and climb at a professional level at the same time. But now that I am finished with my college degree, I am happy to say that the upcoming years will be filled with 100 percent climbing. The limits are endless to the places that I will go and the climbs that I will be able to...
I look forward to traveling to Lago Di Garda every year. It's an opportunity for me to see a lot of friends, ride great trails and eat the best food in the world. As I have attended the festival many times before, it has become a bit of a tradition to celebrate my birthday there.
