It's been a while coming but she has done it. Tahnée finally beat her rival. This season Tahnée has just stepped into the Junior girls category (15-18) for the French National series... there she again joined the girl that she has raced against since she was 12. Sandra is fast and Tahnée's plan this season was to get nearer to her and if possible get faster.

Earlier this week I traveled to Salt Lake City for the Outdoor Retailer Show and the United Bouldering Championships. As for the competition, I qualified in 8th place but didn't climb very well in Semi-finals. I’m a little disappointed about my performance at the competition. I know its my first competition in 3 years and 13th isn’t so bad, but in the last two weeks at the gym I felt pretty strong so climbing poorly in Semi-finals was a bit of a let down. Emmeline Ragot takes 1st Place at Champery World Cup, Round #4
The World Cup Round 5 in Val Di Sole, Italy showed some great racing. Jess Stone finished with a great solid result in 14th place. Two years ago, the World Championships were held here - Rachel won the womens and Gee won the mens and the famous Sam Hill drift crash at the finish where he'd have stormed it! I remember watching it on freecaster and thought the track looked awesome – these guys definitely made it look easy.
