Paul Robinson spends some time in S. Africa

Paul Robinson spends some time in S. Africa
July 30, 2010 -  Paul Robinson

I have been in Rocklands, South Africa for just about three weeks now. The weather has been quite back and forth from hot to cold to rainy and most everywhere in between. Fortunately, I have had quite a few fair weathered climbing days over the past few weeks to keep my complaining to a minimum.

Leopoldo Faria spends some time in Kanday Village

Leopoldo Faria spends some time in Kanday Village
July 30, 2010 -  Five Ten

At the beginning my idea was to deliver the supplies that I’ve brought to the Hushe kids, but after I’ve been invited to stay on Kanday village for a few days, I realized that this village have less support than Hushe, since it’s a place that most of the expeditions pass without even stop. Kanday is the last village before Hushe, with near 160 habitants split between the old and new zone, since half of the village was destroyed by a giant rock fall in the year of 2000.
