Update on the UK 5.10 riders from the latest round of the Downhill world cup in Champery Switzerland.
UK 5.10 Rider update
It was the steepest, most technical track used in the history of the sport. So flat pedals were being used everywhere.... Even the clip in guys were running them.
Our newest rider Manon Carpenter, who just turned 17 came an amazing 6th place in the Womens, beating alot of the top Pro women. One to keep an eye on for the future!
Sam Dale came in 17th with a huge mistake at the bottom. Harry Heath held on for 42nd and Jack Reading crawled in with a 78th. All great results considering the conditions.
On the global side of things, Greg Minnaar 2nd, Brendan Fairclough 3rd, Sam Blenkinsop came 4th = Five Ten domination.
