Well, I'm just hours away from my trip out west. Jenny's asleep on the couch and I'm, well procrastinating. We just tracked down our camera battery charger and I now feel we have most (likely not all) of the necessities. When embarking on a trip such as we it is safe to leave when you feel as though you have most of the essential goods (climbing shoes, lucky underwear, a far too small cooler and of course your camera battery charger).

The past couple weeks have been action packed, from five-hour trips that take eight and a half (thank you antique shops) to dinners that take an hour and a half (thank you grandmas). Jenny and I have been having fun. Our respective business and/or employment outlooks are good and we are both relatively healthy for which we couldn't be more grateful. We are also fortunate enough to be able to take a 6700 mile trip out west and back during which we will see lots of boulders, a good many friends and perhaps even some relatives. I hope to see some of you on our travels as well. I believe we will be checking in at the Trade Show, a big thanks to Five Ten!

Attached are a couple of pictures from a recent send on Blunt (V11) at Smugglers' Notch. The top out is pretty scary, but rewarding all the same. And, despite that awful weather we seem to have been plagued with over the last few weeks, today was just beautiful and we're lucky to have what we get. Later on!
