Jordan Romero, in his attempt to be the youngest person to climb the tallest mountains on each of the 7 continents, recently completed his summit of Mt. Everest. Crina Coco Popescu is attempting to become the youngest female, at 15 years old, to complete the same journey. Kathy Portie of Big Bear Grizzly reports on the two young climbers and their face to face introduction.

"They may be worlds apart in geography, but their hearts are in the same place. Crina Coco Popescu is a 15-year-old mountain climber from Romania. She and her father Ovidiu were in Big Bear visiting Big Bear’s own mountain climbing family—Paul and Jordan Romero, and Karen Lundgren—during the Fourth of July holiday....The two families hope to climb Mt. Vinson Massif in Antarctica together in December."
