I started the year thinking about competition training. Here, the meteorology in winter is very bad and rock climbing is difficult. My coach Irati Anda prepares me for the training and thanks to a new climbing gym called “The Temple” in my city, I've been very motivated on my training. Also I began my studies at the university, I'm studying at the college of Sciences of Sport and Physical Activities.

In February I was climbing for 10 days in the Pyrenees in a place called Alquezar. In the Easter holidays I was in Cuenca, a beautiful city where you can climb in countless places. Then, I competed in the College Championship of Spain in San Sebastian to represent the University of the Basque Country, where I managed third place. We were the college champion.

The first event of the 2010 Spanish Cup was celebrated in May in Valladolid. I competed in absolute and youth category. With older, I got the 15th position. In junior category, I went up to the podium in second place.

The following weekend was the boulder championship of the Basque Country in a place with over 500 people. I competed in Junior category where I got second place in a very close final where the first two drew with all the boulders on sight.

The second event of the 2010 Spanish Cup was celebrated this weekend in Bilbao. It rained all week and we had doubts about the outdoor competition. The day of the competition also rained and the event was suspended. On Sunday it was not raining and the junior competitors could compete without problems. In this event I got the third place (junior category) and in the general classification I am second.

This weekend I went to A Coruña, for the Spanish Lead Championship. I was very motivated because it was my last junior championship in Spain. In the final route, I was very close to take the TOP, but I fell and I had to settle for second place. I've finished university exams and I'm on vacation!!!

On July 3 and 4 I will go to the Rodellar. There is an international open boulder every Year. Later I'm going to Mallorca to try the psicoblock, after to Ceüse  (France) and on August to Frankenjura (Germany) to climb. This means I'll have a good summer! Good climbs!!!
