Paul Robinson preparing for World Cup

Paul Robinson preparing for World Cup

May 25, 2010 -  Paul Robinson

I unfortunately sprained my ankle right before the Battle in the Bubble and was unable to compete.  But now, as I am healing and have been training a lot, I am getting extremely psyched for the World Cup in Vail in 2 weeks!!!

I have been training extremely hard every single days, some days climbing for over 5 hours doing what I call the tri-fecta (bouldering, sport
climbing, and systems board) all in one session.  This has been great for my endurance and I hope will help me stay strong for all of the climbs that a single world cup has to offer.  I feel stronger than ever these days and I think that my ankle will be 100 percent again in another week or so.  The psyche is really really high!  I hope to put all of this training and good energy towards making the podium at this years Vail World Cup!
