Phil Schaal reports on the Five Ten Battle in the Bubble Competition that took place May 14-16.

Well the comp was super fun.  I must say the guys did a great job with everything. The semi finals at The Spot were great. The problems were well set and there was a great energy in the building. The real show was at the Boulder Reservoir. With treating rain everyone was unsure of how things would turn out. Lucky for everyone the rain held off and the walls remained dry.

The event was a huge success in my opinion and I can’t wait until next year.

Now if only the snow would start melting in the mountains so the real summer time climbing can begin.
