Parkour/ Freerunning/ Freedom of Movement

Parkour/ Freerunning/ Freedom of Movement

My thoughts and philosophy on Parkour/Freerunning.

People look at freeruners or traceurs, and they think,"wow those kids are insane,a somebody could get hurt.". What most people don't realize is that we promote freedom through movement, not just freedom of movement. We were put here to do something for this world in the craziest way possible, jumping from building to building and throwing tricks that we see in our wildest dreams.

This goes to anyone that wants to listen and understand but inside and outside of the parkour community we need to let the true message flow instead of killing it by making it look like a sport. Show what it truly is by having fun and relaxing. Parkour truly is a lifestyle and a philosophy on how to help people find out who they are and to better people along the path of bettering yourself. To change someones life is to make the world a much better life.

So, to anyone that reads this blog, leave me your comments and talk to me.

This is Jonathan Hensley, Traceur/Freerunner.

Peace of mind, Strength of body.
