On first of may in Trento -northern Italy I was participating in first in this year Speed Climbing IFSC World Cup.  It was good beginning of competition season for me, I was third there.  I’m very happy of bronze medal! As I’m preparing for this year Rock Master in Arco which will be World Championships Pre-event , and also for European Championships in Innsbruck and Imst (Austria), I didn’t prepare especially for Trento WC.

Comps ware held on Speed Record Wall which is official wall for setting and breaking world records in speed climbing on 15 meter distance. Route is quite hard, as for the run. Women climb on it in about 10 second, man do it in 6 – 7 seconds. My best time was 10,86 seconds, but it’s not my best result, I can do more :)

I competed in my old Five Ten Velcro Anasazi shoe, which I’m really used to. Although my new pair stay in bag - I need more time to get tired them during training.

But most of all I like to visit Italy, because of good food and wine, and siesta break during the day, which I love. Now I come back to Poland, next international comps will be held in Moscow in Russia – great, I like to see Red Square :) , but before that we have our national championships in speed, and Polish cup in bouldering.
