I’ve left spring time in boulder to help my father recover from a full knee replacement.  I was a little bummed out to leave boulder as I had some unfinished business left on my plate.  But family must come first so I am here in the Bay till the end of the month.

I’ve been lucky enough to have my mate Will from Dungeontraining.blogspot.com to climb with.  Having to be around to help my Dad for most of the day, I’ve been able to get just a few hours a day to climb.  I’ve been mixing up my time training on some walls around the east bay and also hitting up my little slice of heaven, Indian Rock.

I have a few items on my plate here as well, but I’m not sure if I will be bale to execute them while I’m acting as my fathers caregiver.  At least I can get quality training sessions 30 min from home.
