Rain, rain go AWAY.

The spring storms are in full effect at the moment in Yosemite, so I will take the time to share some pictures from the wall. I have been using my Anasazi Lace Up Blanco's exclusively this season and they are doing great.

However, Charles has also whipped up a new rubber compound on a fresh new shoe that I'm putting to the test as well. Depending on how it develops, you may be seeing something new from Five Ten in the realm of extreme edging shoes! Time will tell. As for now, we have been working on pitches 1 - 10 over the past few weeks, getting them dialed, working cruxes, talking logistics, planning, and making great progress. Now, if only the snow, ice, and water on the top of El Cap would go away as soon as possible, we can get to the meat of the route: Pitches 11 - 13. It looks like the precipitation is set to stop Monday night, so Tommy and I will be in the Valley, ready to get back after it. Until then....
