"Tuesday, March 30, after 2 years of trying the sit start to Rastaman Vibration, I was able to make the FA of this boulder problem. I named it Lucid Dreaming and with slight hesitation, gave it the grade V16 because it was significantly more difficult mentally and physically than anything I have ever done in my climbing career thus far.
The original stand start takes away one of the crux moves, which is grabbing and sticking the nearly non-existent pinch for a few seconds before dynoing for a small crimp. This problem has really marked a turning point in my climbing career. I see a lot more potential in my climbing and hope to be able to establish harder and harder climbs as the years go on."
