Team Kayak Lake Mead 300 Mile expedition with Runamucks

March 22, 2010 -  Five Ten

Team Kayak Lake Mead set out on a 300 mile race from Fort Soto to Key Largo.

Ranging from speeds of 7MPH to 2MPH, the team was pushed to the limit and challenged to reach new heights, but was able to finish 1st in their division and 4th in the overall race. Great Job Team Kayak Lake Mead!

Check out a head cam video from team member Druce Finlay, where he even takes the time to review the Five Ten® Runamuck.

To learn more about the race and hear first hand the experiences of the kayakers, check out the team's blog. "The race is not about speed. It is about perseverance and courage. You would love it."
