Jody Hansen - "The Best of 2009"
"What wasn’t the best of 2009? I think what I liked about 2009 was a new approach to the old climbing lifestyle that I have previously been living. This last year marked 10 years of climbing for me. Not to delve too much into a macabre perspective, but I’ve always thought that I’ve packed so much into those 10 years that if my mortality was hastened, I’d feel good that had I really experienced life at its fullest. 2009 for me, crammed even more vitality into a sometimes hectic balance of work, school, and climbing. Added to the mix, was biking, paragliding, and running, for which the Five Ten® approach shoes are just as multi-versatile as my new lifestyle." -Jody Hansen Paragliding at Point of the Mountain, Salt Lake City, UT Doggys enjoying the hike into Wild Iris, WY Five Ten®'s stick on rock even with snails and snail juice Looking serious bouldering in Hueco
