This time I'm motivated to train for at least three months. The goal: recover finger strength after past injury, increase endurance and raise my level. I'm my own coach cause I have the experience and enough knowledge to carry out it.
I'm so happy to see how I was able to send an 50m 8b route in only four attempts and being so close to do my firt 7C+ on boulder! This year is full of protects and I'm excited to do them! I will continue training motivated waiting to find the right protect and the coolest line to do!
