The Power of the Powerless V10 - Hans Montenegro

The Power of the Powerless V10 - Hans Montenegro

This problem is an important realization for me. I tried it in the summer. So, the weather was too hot and the holds were not good at all. Also, I could not crimp with my left hand because my finger pulley was not in shape. All those elements have done this V10 harder than I expected it.

I tried "The power of the powerless" four sessions. The first day, I did not understand anything. The first move was too hard but at the end of the day, I understood that the movement needed a special body position (compress but turning your shoulders at the same time).

This was the first time I saw a move like that. The second session, I tried the problem from 10 am to 4 pm. I did one time the first movement, but I slipped at the end of the problem. So, I focused my time and energy to find a new beta for the end of the problem.

The third session, It was too hot and I did not get the first move.

Finally, in the fourth session, I did the problem in the first hour. The weather was again too hot, but the last try was perfect. I said in my mind “it is time to change the page”. I started the problem and all my movements were sharps. I did not feel the time. When I realized that I had done the problem, I said to myself “ now I can go to the next project”.

Now, I know that my pulley is in good shape and I can go to my projects. This boulder was for me like a mourning in several ways. Now, it is time to read the next page of my book...
