I have been in the Rocklands, South Africa for almost a month now.  I’m here with Jimmy Webb, Chris Little, Ryan Copeland, Isabelle Faus, Chad Greedy and Luke Parady (who is here for a short 2 weeks visit).  It has been one of the best experiences of my life thus far.  The amount of rock that is out here is unbelievable.  The area is littered with five star boulder problems and there is so much potential to develop more rock climbs.  On this trip so far I have been able to push myself and climb many of the classic boulders and I have also been able to witness my boyfriend, Jimmy Webb, flash the hardest boulders out here.  It is always inspiring to see him accomplish his flash goals.  Recently the weather has been a little bit warmer than expected so we have been climbing smaller amounts each day but not taking rest days because of that.  The weather seems to be cooling off in the near future and hopefully more rock climbs will get sent.  We fly back to the states on July 29th so the trip is slowly coming to an end, but hopefully next summer we can venture back here or maybe somewhere else.
