I traveled this past 3 weekends around Europe for 3 bouldering competitions. I first participated at my first international bouldering competitions with 2 world cups. First stage for me was Log Dragomer / Slovenia and one week after Innsbruck / Austria. Last year, I found out on Lead World Cups that I needed more power to improve my climbing. That's why I wanted to participate at these comps, as kind of extra-motivation but not as real goal. I had a great time, even if my results weren't very satisfying I could discover my weaknesses and get more international experience.

The BIG surprise was definitely the European Youth Championship in Grindelwald / Switzerland, one week later again. I went there with the same mind as for the World Cups but then surprisingly got into the finals ! It just all clicked. In finals, I climbed with NO stress at all, no pressure, just for having fun and enjoying the boulders. This worked pretty well as I got the Silver medal ! Still don't believe it. I learned many thinks during these competitions and this will certainly help me to climb better throuch this Lead season who's coming soon !

Next step, in only two weeks with the first European Youth Cup in Edinburgh ! Special competition for me, as I have very good memories there, I love the gym, place, people,...
