Bootleg Canyon, NV  – Boulder City, Nevada, home to Bootleg Canyon Mountain Bike Park,  once again hosted USA Cycling’s Nevada State Downhill Championships from January 18 - 21, 2013.  It is also the 1st Downhill Qualifier for the Nationals this year.  Bob Gnarly was the live event commentator and kept the crowd PUMPED!  Jackie Harmony placed 1st, Elinor Wesner 2nd, I was 3rd, Joy Martin was 4th and Ana Rodriquez was 5th.  Considering a couple good wrecks, I was still in good company on the podium and think it was a great way to start off the season!
