Some friends and I woke up early one chilly fall morning in Moab, Utah and started the climb up Ancient Art, a legendary desert tower. Climbing with a parachute on your back presents some unique challenges, and so does getting all the gear down with you too. But it all just adds to the fun.  Combining the two sports, climbing and BASE jumping is a unique experience that I cherish greatly. It's all one big adventure and you are constantly being challenged. It's difficult but so very rewarding- and the feeling of standing on that tiny little pinnacle at the very top, which really is about 1 foot x 1 foot, is an experience I will never forget.
