Here in Ouray it is sunny and beautiful Winter is juts around the corner, which it is one of my favorite seasons. I get to ice and mixed climb and also train for the Ice Climbing World Cup that I have been doing for the past 5 years.  

Today I had a great day where i find myself on the top of the first project of the Winter. I don't get to do much of rock climbing, so instead I climb rocks and ice with my tools. The route that I did today is rated D12 what it would be about 5.13d/5.14a.

It was a great felling since it is juts the beginning of the mixed climbing season and I already did one of the hardest climbs in the country. Can't wait to start my next project.
