Less badly that I climbed everything what I wanted and more in summer ... because it knew that the autumn would come full of work, (professional) projects and other histories that would not leave me to touch the rock too much... The truth is that scarcely I have climbed this October, a few inconveniences in a shoulder and a finger have served me to centre on other things that it had hanging and like that to give a little rest to the body. Now, already re-put after a few sessions of fisium and little rest, I've started to train and the muscles return to feel this tension that so much I like ... mmm.

 I helped Oscar Martinez in the route setting of 1st Anniversary of the King Kong climbing gym, a very funny comp with a great ambiance and more than 200 competitors!! A pleasure to have helped a bit in this event, I spent it to myself brilliantly!

 Also I made Pablo Scorza's course on prevention of injuries in climbing  thanks to the Biomecánica Functional, a new way of seeing all the movements and learn to focus and to do them correctly , beside learning compensatory exercises to anticipate injuries ... very interesting and motivante! I recommend it to the whole world!!

Also we are working hard for second year in a row  the Madrid's Championship  of Bulder, that this year will be in addition 2nd round of Spain's Cup, together with Open Popular's day and other one of Open Junior, so even above of projects!!
