Just back from another World Cup, but this time in the US. I really enjoyed this first trip to the States: the weather wasn't what it should be and we hadn't enough time for some sightseeing but the comp was great ! The climbing gym was huge with everything you need for training hard ! The comp was definitely a success with nice routes and holds. I climbed very well in both qualifications and could even TOP my first ever route in World Cup. I placed 14th and qualified for the semi finals. Saturday afternoon we had time for some shopping and sushi's. Sunday was still rainy but no matter with indoor climbing... I climbed well in my semi final until a hard, strange section where nearly everybody hesitated. Wich I did too much and I fell. I finished 14th again and am hopeful to continue next year. We finished the trip with a hard training session and went back to Belgium under the rain...

I've a little break now for a month, so let's go for some power and bouldering ! ...And school too :-)
