As summer beings to slow down I begin to speed up. Since its been so hot I have not climbed outside as much as I would like to. So I try to get in the gym at least 3 times a week to get ready for another great season! Before I go to bed I get a pen and a pad of paper off my nightstand and wright a few goals and a workout for the next day. This has helped me feel more committed to climbing and myself.
Recently I received a hang board in my room to help me get stronger at home. I have made myself do 5 pulls ups every time I leave my room. This way I can be distracted to what I am going to do, rather then what I am doing.
I have a good feeling about this season, since I have been doing a combination of Arial Silks and Climbing. Therefor I noticed my endurance, finger strength, and moment has improved greatly!
