I just got back late last week from a ‘quick’ trip to Moab, Utah. A close lives down there and guides in the area so it was the perfect opportunity to check out something different! I was down there for the first time just over a year ago and absolutely loved it. Really what’s not to love.... Climbing, hot weather, beautiful scenery. Go check it out if you haven’t yet.... Although, maybe go in the spring or fall if you don’t feel like pulling dawn patrol!

A few of the must do’s in Moab? Wicked Brew for a coffee, they make a mean americano! I got to go to a few crags I hadn’t been to on my last trip... Shanti Town is a fun sport crag that’s one of the lesser frequented areas with some really fun, different movements. Dark Canyon is an awesome, remote bouldering area with tons of potential. Make sure you go in an off-road vehicle, if not, you may find yourself able to get in but possibly unable to get out. Big Bend is an extremely easy access bouldering crag, and by easy I mean, think of how easy it is to walk from a parking spot to the grocery store. My kind of approach! haha! I’d been here the year before but got on a few new problems that I’d only looked at previously.

I can't emphasize it enough, if you haven't been here yet, you're missing out! Make a point of heading here, I can't wait to go back! :)
