Always looking for ideas to keep training fresh, we went to do the Via Ferrata over looking my house. We currently have my mechanic staying with us and as he is a climbing instructor, we went to the local Via Ferrata that overlooks my house!! We have lived here for 8 years and never thought of doing it and it's the first time I have done something like that thanks to Five Ten and Tommy D!
Found the climb physically quite easy but mentally challenging due to the height!

The weekend after my little brother (Kaos) and I went racing. We both ended up on the top step of the podium!
