Last week (2nd August 2012) I spend another beautiful day climbing at Friedrichsruh (Altmühltal), a crag with really steep and often dynamic roots.

Being rather static in my climbing, Iron Worker (8b) (the root I tried) is quite demanding for me and a good training root to get a more dynamic style (see picures).

So this day for me was more or less dedicated to weekness training.

Nevertheless, I had a lot of fun jumping around and hanging out with Renée and Martin, two good friends of mine.

But allways be carefull - dogs might be keen on your lunch (see pictures)!!!
