Getting ready for that time of year again. What time is it? ABS season just around the corner! This year I am feeling more existed then ever! I am not to sure why, but no need it question it, its a great feeling! I am trying to get into the climbing gym at least 3 times a week to begin the season ready to crush!
To train for ABS season its not only climbing, I also take a few runs each week with and additional I do arial silks once a week. These are great exercises that keep you entertained and also working your body to the fullest!
