Darn!! Took some time out from revising last week, rode some DH crashed hurt my shoulder!! Not that bad but wanted to race with my little brother Kaos this weekend - decided not to as I have a couple of big races coming up and want to be fully fit!

So, we went to the Rhone Alpes Cup in Les Arcs and I not only wanted to ride and train with my little brother Kaos but also, the terrain is similar to the next few races. I did a couple of runs and found out that Kaos' course was shorter and his training times different, so I decided not to ride and make sure I was fully fit for CrankWorx Europe & Val d'Isere World Cup in a couple of weeks.

Kaos had a bit of fun - insurance meant that this year the 13-14 years class could not use his Marzocchi 888's and had to use single crown forks so we put my XC forks on his Intense M9! To add to that, after finishing second in the first round, his time was changed due to timing issues for his category... he ended up with 4th overall at the end of the day.
