You love mountain biking? You love shredding the unknown trails and mountains? but you can only dream of riding all of these places like your favorite pro rider right? Well whats stopping you? Nothing is stopping my girlfriend Carolynn Romaine and I from doing so... We dont have sponsors who pay for our bills or have airplanes waiting for us at the terminal. All we have is each other the open road and amazing friends all over the country willing to give us a place to sleep, good food or a hot shower. If it wasnt for Mountain biking I would not be sitting in Safeway food store in Oregon using their free WiFi to blog right now. But we do have a few amazing sponsors who have helped us with some great product, 5.10 is one of those companies that have provided the most important thing, SHOES! Do you understand how important it is to have a great riding shoe for all the shredding I do? 5.10 understands and you should too, some of my favorites are the Spitfire shoes for kicking it around the pits and pubs. For race I prefer the Hellcats, super stiff, super black and super tough. As much abuse I give these things they are still in great shape.
