Have you ever thought about running a mile a week?

Recently our team accomplished our goal by running a little more than a half a mile every practice. Overall this has made us have more energy and get more physiqued about sending. After we run, we try to stretch for at least 15 minutes. Over all our team is not as flexible as we want to. But recently I have noticed a big improvement in that way. 

Since then I wanted to run attest a few times a week. This makes me feel more motivated to do my homework or clean my room! 

The little things that you do to your body can make your whole day seem a lot better! Even if it takes 30 minutes to run a mile, in the end you will feel accomplished and motivated to get more things done!
