Climbing outside having a blast is one thing. But you have to make sure you are taking care of the environment as well. 

On Saturday, May 12th my coach and few members of the Bend Endurance Team helped out cleaning up at Twin Sisters Peak, one of the great places to climb in Oregon. Before I put my gloves on a grabbed a rake I was not to excited to help out. Soon enough I caught myself smiling and having a great time just hanging out with my team! Even though I was volunteering my time it felt good to put my energy into something that I love doing.

But of course after we helped out, we climbed! Over all we all had a great time!
